- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Description and photo(s) of the defect or issue

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
